First of all it will not be easy to say something positive about Simon and his team at "EAST"....

If you are promised a few beers on several occasions and you are never invited; something is out of order I would say. In return you throw a party on your OWN project and all of a sudden the first guests to arrive is the crew of Simon! Only 3-4 hours later, the beers and wine-stock is finished.... "Time to go home", I remember Simon said.... Typical.

Other than that I think it is a pleasure to work with this former Laura Ashley-staff as he knows what he is talking about. The selection and quality of furniture and decor is original and the prices are competitive. (Although this could be better....hahaha)

Good service and after-sales is in place although it is not often needed in terms of defects or faulty deliveries.

Overall I'm pretty happy with this company; that's why I have used them (and still am) a lot on most of our projects.
